Wondering if anyone using a Nokia E50 has experienced - or better still, fixed - some odd operating behaviour? The otherwise excellent voice recognition for contacts (no training required) has a significant operational flaw; you press a button, speak the name of the contact, the software recognises this and a synthesised voice repeats it back to you. The trouble is, the volume of the synthesised repeat is so low, that it is inaudible when driving, so you have to take your eyes off the road to check the contact name which is displayed in very small letters on the screen...while you plough into the car in front. All the other sounds (eg ring volume, call volume) are perfectly adequate and can be changed, but there appears to be no means of making the synthesised contact repeat any louder. Any thoughts?
