    iPhone help

    Hi,
Need some help, thought I was being clever by buying a PAYG iPhone and using my existing o2 pay monthly sim. When I try and connect the phone to iTunes it says it can not connect to the device because an invalid response was received from the device and the phone then switches off......

    Any ideas?

    Re: iPhone help

Sounds like there may be a problem with the phone itself. You can put in an existing O2 sim card in there, however, you may need one of the specific iPhone sims. You can get one of those from an O2 store, they will set it up for you and your number moves onto the sim usually within 48 hours.

Have you also updated to the latest version of iTunes?
