Dell Lattitude tablet and camera

Hi Folks,

Got loads of these in work and people want to use the camera but cant use the built in windows 8 app across log-ins. It works with a local account but not a domain student or staff one for example
Does anyone use any 3rd party software to get round this so people can take pics and record videos?

I can use vlc but its a bit clunky any other suggestions - I thought microsofts LifeCam might be a good place to start but it doesn't load up

On a more serious note, it sounds like a permissions issue that could be resolved in either group policy or on the domain profiles: presumably there is an app - or more likely a driver if you've tried multiple apps - that is being prevented from working under domain policy. That's the first place I'd be looking.
