Get an HTC One, they are very good phones, I have just got one and I prefer it to iPhone 4 or iPhone 5 that I have used.

Both HTC G12 (HTC Desire S) and HTC G5 (HTC Desire S) are outdated phones. I would not recommend you to buy them.
if you are sure to buy one in its, here is my suggestion.
G12 has better system, performance, price and running speed, as a girl i like it's appearance, so i like G12 more.
but both of them the battery capacity is small, you should buy more one or a mobile power.

Thanks for your suggestion; however, I have another smartphone yet, HTC is for my supplement. Currently, my ip5 is poor for power consumption, so i want to purchase a mobile power too. Is there one external battery for recharging both HTC and Apple cellphones at the same time?

Ok,it is all depend on you, and how much is your budget for mobile power??
The external battery i use is KINKOO infinite one, it's 8000 mAh capacity can charge more than 6 times for my 4S, as i know it can charge many kinds of smartphone, of course including HTC.
Also, it uses good A+ quality lithium polymer battery inside, which charges faster and gives a longer shelf life.

I've always had HTC phones going way back to when they were branded as XDA by O2....yes that is going back a bit lol

Alot of people love samsungs but i truly hate the touchwizz interface. I would suggest the HTC One as it is the better all round multimedia device with a better screen and stereo speakers and HTC's Sense interface is less "in your face". It is the flagship phone (for now) so there is a price premium, the HTC one mini is actually lower spec'd and i'd skip it but I know people who own and love it.....they are more casual users though.

Having said that now is a silly time to buy as the updated phones are rumoured to be due in a couple of months or so, if the flagship phones are out of your budget maybe that gives you some time to save All the best with it bud
