    MP4 orientation during streaming

Hi. Recently took some video clip on my Samsung Galaxy A3.
Took the video while the phone was in portrait.
When I stream the video to my LG TV the video is shown in full screen but sideways.

How do I keep the original orientation of the video clip?

    Any idea?

    Thanks

    Re: MP4 orientation during streaming

Sounds like the video resolution has been rotated to match the orientation of the device so it isn't, for example 1920Hx1080V as your TV would expect but is stored as 1080Hx1920V.

Your phone may have an option to change this (don't think I've ever seen that option anywhere on my phone, but I haven't looked)

If your TV doesn't have a "rotate" feature then the only other thing you can do is edit the video and set the orientation correctly before streaming it to the TV.

Hi virtuo, any idea on how to edit the video?
When I play on the pc the orientation is fine.
