iOS 11 Issues Multi Tasking

Is anyone else having iOS11 issues with multi-tasking ?

Under iOS10 I could load many applications at once and freely switch between them without having to worry about losing the data within them / the apps restarting. Now under iOS 11 I can barely load any apps before I start to see them "re-open". This is a huge issue to me, massively annoying and 11 is the first iOS upgrade I genuinely wish I'd never done.

I have this issue on an iPhone 7 and an iPad Mini 4. So it's not just 1 device.

I’ve noticed some apps are causing other apps to restart for me. I’m guessing some apps are holding on to system resources when they shouldn’t and when other apps try to access them, they can’t and restart. I swear ios11 is the most buggy update I have ever experienced in the past 7 years I’ve had of iPhones
