    Tesco Mobile

seems to be quite crap recently.

Signal appears to drop a lot and be very unreliable compared to O2 which for me has been very good (strange becuase tesco use o2?). Ive found turning phone off and back on fixes it for a few minutes.

Its not dependant on area, some places that have very good signal still have same problem.

Problem isnt just lack of signal, but when i get 2 or even 3 bars, sometimes it doesnt work as if it thinks theres a signal but cant use it...

My dad is having same problem with his much older nokia 3210? while im using a 7600.

Its not just calls either, GPRS is same

Sure they aint just doing work on the transmitters near you?

I've had my tesco sim on the phone and used an o2 sim next and both gave same level of signal. Only time I've noticed a drop has been when they were obv carrying out work on transmitter. Both sims were same again.
