    Simlock On O2??

Im thinking about buying a phone on contract from o2, and then selling it to buy another phone that o2 doesnt supply.

I was just wondering if o2 simlock their phones, or whether it will be unlocked by default?

Out of all the O2 Contract phones that I've ever had (going back years and years now..), none of them have been locked. Hope that helps .
None of them have been branded (unlike what Orange and Vodafone do sometimes), but depending on the phone, you might find the firmware's verrry slightly different. Not a huge deal though.

I think you can call customer services and get the unlatching code if it is locked to the network - there maybe a charge.

I'm Fairly sure prepay are locked and contract are un-locked
