program to backup drive whilst in windows?

whats a good program that can make an exact image of a drive for backup (it'll be for a data drive, not a OS drive) whilst windows is still running?

i know with ghost you have to boot to dos to do so, but this will be for a fileserver so rebooting is not ideal.

No you don't. I backup my c: partition using Ghost while the PC is running. Acronis Trueimage will also allow you to do this.
