    Citrix, wcifs32 error

    Hello,

    I'm having some strange problems. I have around 10 ctx servers that I admin. Some users have been experiencing some problems e.g;

    user logs on as normal, but then receives an error - wcifa32.exe error, but if i log on as the user from my pc or another pc there is no problem.

    I have deleted profiles and re-logged on, and for a while this works, but then sometimes the error comes back.

    I think it is profile related, also the error says logs have been generated, but WHERE exactly ???

    Regards

    the error logs will be on the server hosting the citrix session.

    I did a lot of citrix admin 8 months back and I can say to you now its very very strange. Errors like this seem to come and go and there never seems to be a reason why. I had some pretty odd errors in my time but I am sorry to say I never got that error. Citrix admins seem to be pretty thin on the ground as well.

    make sure that you are using the same clinet on the test machine as the user, make sure that wcifs32 isn't maxing out the CPU on any users profiles while logged in.
