FaH stopped working on the Quaddy... help!

Yep, for some unknown reason FaH won't run on the Quad core machine now.

I click the shortcut I created and which worked fine before and now the command window flashes up then closes.

I've not changed anything but there have been a few XP updates... so, how do I fix this?

I'd try downloading the latest client, or running it from a cmd prompt to see what the message says. Could be the client has expired?

I had the same issue as joshwa says its likely to be the older client has expired and you will need to download and configure the new client.

Ive just downloaded the SMP client (console) and cannot get it running on my laptop

Vista business, ive ran the fah.exe as the administrator and it has the following error

Core required: FahCore_a1.exe
Core found.
Working on Unit 01 [October 10 15:33:04]
+ Working ...
CoreStatus = 63 (99)
+ Error starting Folding@Home core.

Any ideas

Nick...your license expired, cos they only have short term runs

Get new version, and run as before

ie: Install
Set up with XP password in the text when it asks
Run the .bat file, if it shows the same message twice, it's ok
