Close to 48hrs by finishing point. I'm not lucky enough to be running quad's or the new 5xxx series Xeons, these are all the old school xeons. What i lack in sheer power I do make up in number of machines tho

They'll keep dropping WU after the first one

Re: So, you think you can fold eh?

Nice one Tig, every little (or in your case, lots) helps

Hopefully I'll finally have time this weekend to rebuild the shuttle I've been looking at doing. I do have a Radeon X1950 I could put to folding, but I don't have a home for it.

    Cheers,
    Stephen

Just been poking around my farm and it appears the new Mac SMP client is crashing in a big way. Not amused. :S

Re: So, you think you can fold eh?

My main PC has been crapping out as well - usually at 90%. I think I've oc'd it too far, so dropped it back down this morning. Three times in the last three days. Luckly the other 6 machines are ok...

I know the feeling. I have lost three WUs in two days.
Be good if it gave you a hint at what was wrong.

Re: So, you think you can fold eh?

    Same here.

My main laptop crapped out for some reason. I came back home to find it sitting at the login screen. My media box had also stalled, agan no idea why. My other laptop needed a re-start after installing some drivers (there ws also a huge list of windows updates to install). The regular CLI client wouldn't re-start the WU it was 60% through, i had to delete the wok folder and the core tofrce it to get a new core and WU.

    Annoying to say the least.

Re: So, you think you can fold eh?

Since I started folding about 2 months back (I think) I have lost somewhere in the region of 6 WU I would say due to various instabilities or system faults with F@H. It's a right pain in the butt, I keep finding myself going back to the GUI client since it just works..........usually.

By the way we are just one place behind gameOn with 6.1 hours to go before we over take them, hehe. Good going every one .

Wow the stats said it would take 6 hours. Either they were wrong or we've put a mass of units in during the last hour.
