I fancy messing around with animated gifs to make forum avatars and stuff like that. Is it possible in GIMP or Paint.net or is there another freeware app that's good? Also, something that can make 32-pixel TGAs for CS/TF2 sprays as described here: Counter-Spray - Your Source for Counter-Strike Sprays rubbishrubbishrubbishrubbishrubbishrubbishrubbish I tried doing TGA with GIMP with little success so far. Also, what do you use to make sprays with transparency?
