    Question Multiboot using grub

Hello, how do i make grub multiboot: fedora 8, debian 4, freebsd, and xp in grub?
i've already got fedora and debian installed but i can only get fedora to boot through grub and im not sure how to add debian. i know this is a bit vague but im not sure what info you need

and im new to linux (hence the multiple versions, im trying to see which i like best)

    thanks

    Re: Multiboot using grub

grub uses a config file, menu.lst, stored in /boot/grub/

you need to ensure you have a kernel stanza to load the debian kernel using the debian root disk

    Re: Multiboot using grub

TBH, if you are trying different distros, a live CD version is a good place to start - it will be a bit slower, but saves all the hassle (and disk space) of multi-boot systems. Alterntively you could install each one on a virtual machine.
