Thanks much, lodore. Received and signed up!
I sent the Dropbox invite to the email address your Mesh invite came from. Lemme know if you run into any problems (I doubt you'll have any trouble, it's apparently a simpler system than MS's Mesh invites.)
I won't be able to start playing with the Mesh system until much later tonight, but once I do, I'm happy to return here and share any invites they afford me (Dropbox gives everyone 10 right away, I'm not sure yet what Mesh's system is.)
hey, No problem.
i got your dropbox invite.
thanks
wont be able to test it out until monday. away for the weekend.
Can somebody please send me an invite for Live Mesh, my email is aaron.sears@live[dot]com
thanks in advance.
Also, I have Dropbox invites if anybody needs one.
KoolPC, did you get an invite yet? if not pm me your email address
anyone still got one? I would like one please if there is one going spare.
I do know everything, just not all at once. It's a virtual memory problem.
I just wanted to report back. Unfortunately, Live Mesh has given me zero invites... I did a bit of research to find out when the invites might show up in a new account, and I found an interesting post in the Microsoft forums here (the system won't let me post a link, it appears, so edit the *'s appropriately)

The Microsoft guy in post #2 says that if you are "invited by someone that was invited by someone else, you likely had no invitations allocated to you." I ran across another blog that described them as generational: invited by MS got you five invites, those they invited get three, their invitees got two... etc. So MS put some effort into controlling the spread of this thing at this stage, and that helps explain why the invites have become increasingly rare. I'm sorry I don't have any to return to the pool here, but I thought some of you might find the information useful/interesting at least.
Although I know it's not the reason people are coming into this thread, I do have Dropbox invites that I'm happy to share--just PM me with your email address to send it to or post here in the thread and I'll get it to you as soon as I see the message.
Good news--I picked up a Live Mesh invite. If you would like an invitation, please post with your email address (or PM me.) The requests here are all several days old, and I don't want to send it blindly in case you've already gotten in.

Just sent, Sh0d4n.
Please pay it forward and offer one of your invites back here for somebody else who may still be seeking one (I believe you should find you have 2 or 3 invites available to you when you sign up--create a new folder, and in the right hand column, you can add a member to that folder--that will show you how many invites you have, and allow you to enter the email address of an invitee.)
Enjoy!
BarkingTuna,
thanks a lot man.
I have 2 invites to give, so please post your e-mail, or send me a PM
Sweet! Glad it worked.

Hi everyone!
Can anyone share an invitation with me at asmtrash (at) hotmail.
Thanks!!!
I would like an invite if anyone has a spare
I don't have any more Mesh invites, but I am happy to share Dropbox and Wuala invitations if anybody is interested in those--both are excellent services in their own right, each with different advantages. Feel free to PM me with your email address if you are interested, since the thread topic is Mesh...
As far as Live Mesh, if you guys haven't signed up to get one directly from them, you really should--they appear to be sending them out now. I know at least three folks that have gotten them in the past week just by signing up for the waiting list directly at Mesh.com (within days of signing up.) It's certainly worth a shot, imo...
