    ftp://ftp2.fasttrackhelp.com/fasttra...41_english.exe

Make sure you choose what you want installed when you've downloaded it. There's a lot fo stuff there that you probably won't want.

edited out sorry, whilst it may be okay talking about the software itself, it's best, not to talk about what can be illegally obtained. - josh.

    ^^beg your pardon?^^

It doesn't SEND virus's - You choose what you want to download.

Anyone that downloads a file and then doesn't bother to scan it for virus's (whether it's been downloaded via P2p software, or from a HTTP/FTP site) quite frankly shouldn't be allowed to use a PC.

    Just my 2p...

BS Player is like Windows Media player, plays pretty much anything

Gspot is one of my fav apps, you can load any movie or audio etc file into it and it will tell you how it is encoded and with what codecs such as DivX or XviD and how the audio is encoded and if you have the codecs or not, if you can't get a movie to play, load it up in this and run off and grab the codecs it tells you that the movie needs. It will also render the movie using your codecs if you have them and it can tell you if it is a corrupt file/damaged etc.

3ivX I am having to assume is some sort of codec that is used to compress audio/video down, like XviD and DivX, not sure on that one though...

You are 100% right though. Anything thats excutable thats downloaded from P2P should be scanned.
