    Uploading video to Flash format

Used hexus for all my hardware needs over the last few years and was hoping you guys could help again or point me in the right direction.

I have a website and i want to upload high quality videos to it. I don't want to have download links for the video files but rather play them as flash videos but i know nothing about it. Can aqnyone tell me the best program and settings to convert videos or where i could chase down the info.

    Thanks guys!

you can give http://revver.com a try, a friend of mine used it to host his video, the quality was pretty good and much better then youtube at the time, i'm sure someone else will have a better suggestion as i'm not up on web stuff nowadays!
