    Win XP online update

Im just getting redirected to http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/thanks.asp

Thank you for your interest in Windows Update

Windows Update is the online extension of Windows that helps you get the most out of your computer.

The latest version of Windows Update is available on computers that are running Microsoft Windows 98, Windows 98 Second Edition, Windows Millennium Edition, Windows 2000 (except Windows 2000 Datacenter Server), Windows XP, and the Windows Server 2003 family.
Anyone else getting the same ?
I know the MS blaster worm was supposed to be striking the site on the 16th, so manybe thay have taken it down for today.

I was getting the same message until I cleared my machine of the worm and closed the ports it was using with ZoneAlarm. Only then would it do the update properly. That might not be your problem but you never know.
