I have windows XP on disk 1:
I installed Windows 7 on disk 2 on a hidden partition at the time (no drive letter - win7 called it C: MOVING XP TO d WHEN in that OS).
bootmanager couldn't find ntldr recently rendering XP inaccessable. I used XP disc to reinstall XP - this allowed my original XP to work again - I used bcd to remove entry to new install. But now I can't see windows 7 on boot loader.
I'm using easybcd and it can see there is windows 7 but it cant load it.
So do i give win7 partiton a drive letter and then point to it. Or can i reload win7 via win7 dvd, run easybcd from there and point to XP?
