    i'm assuming you've tried the history file in your "my received documents"....only works if you haven't switched off "save copies of conversations" option tho iirc
    if it ain't broke...fix it till it is

    open up msn > tools > options > privacy > just go through the list and it will show you everyone you have ever had on your msn list. Even if they have been deleted

    tried that as well, doesn't have them, for some reason it doesn't have half the people that are already on my list.

    Sometimes MSN contacts lists go up the spout - looks like that's what's happened to you.

    My mate lost his entire list about 3 times over the course of a month, he was most unhappy!
    PHP Code:
    $s = new signature();
    $s->sarcasm()->intellect()->font('Courier New')->display();

    Thats even if you can log into messenger. Most days the bloody thing refuses to log in the first few times and sometimes it refuses fullstop even though though the other pcs in the house are already running it. Weird no?

    That could be a version issue - try reinstalling MSN messenger.
