Recording Realone streams

My mum has some stupid friends. One of them wants me to download a radio show from the BBC website but i can only stream it. Is there a way i could download the realone audio file and put it on a CD for my mums friend?

If you have an audigy sound card you could use the creative recorder. If you dont im sure there are programs out there that will record from the net in real time, try a google.
