    Please elaborate on that comment.

And, even In a crowd of people who are technically enlightened, Linux is still (basically) ignored. Quite shocking really.

I myself play about a bit, but not enough to be called a "cabable" user.. Cant even get 5.1 to work in analouge outputs! *shamed* But Im determined to learn it to a decent level before I go to Uni. So, ive got a year of playing about.

I use Linux for my servers at home and XP for my main workstation. But at work i prefer using my linux workstation to admin our network of 30 linux servers.

Windows 2000 for work and Internet.

    Windows XP for games.

Tried a couple of Linux distros for a while, but they added nothing extra. It was a pain to install with my RAID controller and if it crashed once, it required a total reinstall.

I have to admit i still use XP as my main OS but i have Gentoo installed and flying in a dual boot config, i find myself using gentoo more and more its just so much better than windows, the only thing is when you boot back into XP you think OMG look at this, its like a 5 year old play toy....

I use windows xp mainly. In recent weeks i have considered getting hold of Lindows 4 and trying it on the new rig.
Has anyone used the new lindows and if so did you encounter many driver issues and was it easy enough to get running?
