WMV -> MPEG

Any idea of a nice simple solution to convert a 4 minute long WMV file into an MPEG so I can shove it on an SVCD?

It's only 4 minutes so it doesn't matter how long the conversion takes because it's going to be short even if I use the highest quality settings, I just want a good quality output.
