Unhappy Windows XP, folder customizing, thumbnails..help!

    Hey,

I have a music folder which funnily enough contains my music on my computer, which I recently formatted and so decided to back up my music.

I now have a slightly annoying, maybe not overly disastrous but none the less very annoying to me, where I had it before so that the folders were set as thumbnails and the bands front cover would appear as the thumbnail. Also each folder was customized to the 'Music Album' template.

Now my question is, is there any way to customize ALL albums within 'My Music' folder so that they all display the thumbnails and are all customized as 'Music Albums' instead of just general 'Documents'....

The long winded way is to manually right click everyone..choose correct thumbnail and select from drop down how I wish to customize the folder.. but this is taking a while..

Any help would be greatly appreciated..

    Thanks

    Lewis

Your in luck, if you go into exploer and select your music folder, where you keep all your albums in subfolders, then goto view on the toolbar and select customise this folder, select Music album and then apply, then goto tools > folder options > view > select apply to all folders and that should do the trick
