About LinkBacksI have two computers at home, both running Windows 98SE. I am planning on upgrading both to Windows XP Home very soon. Am I going to have to buy two copies of XP or is it possible to install the OS on more than one computer?

So you're gonna be needing two.
It will install on more than one machine, but will only allow activation on one.
legally you would need to coppies!

Well, I'll just buy one copy, install it on my #1 system and see how I get on
Why not consider windows xp on one and lindows 4 on the other?

A linux derivative on one of the computers is a definite possibility. Have you actually used Lindows 4 Pigboy?
