Last time i tried it you had to go through about 50 odd menus and answer questions!
In cases like this, i like to use www.filemirror.com (File Mirror)
Which gets you:

Just as an aside - PC World always have free spare copies at the "service" desk, if you pass that way.
if automatic updates doesn't work, you may have an issue with your system - they have a very good online help thing (i've used it twice now - both times successfully)Quote:

Fantastic. Thanks for those. I hope the manual instal will work. It didn't work last time either when I formatted this pc. Not sure why it doesn't like SP2.
