any1 know were i can find all this to make kde/gnome look like the mac osx acqua interface?

Even if you could find one the windows would not act as fluid as on the Mac. The Linux windowing system is nowhere near as elegant as on OS X.

I used to use a kde skin that made my Linux distro look like NeXtstep. It was pretty cool but still felt like Linux.
