    Exchange Web Client language settings

No idea if there are any Exchange server guys here but i'll ask anyway.

We are using Exchange as part of Small Business Server 2003 at work. I spend a lot of time out of the office so access email through the web client. Is there a way for exchange to *not* detenct the language and local settings of the connecting browser, and just use the settings for the server it is running on?

It isnæt usually a problem, but here in Norway everything in the web client is in Norwegian. This isn't too much of a problem for me and i'm kind of getting used to the language, and i know my way round Outlook far too well so it all makes sence to me. However i'm pretty sure some of the other guys that aren't too familiar with it all are having/will have problems.

Unfortunitely i can't go in a change the setings on the PC, they are completely locked down (no right click anywhere, reduced keyboard shortcuts - no ctrl+n, only IE can be lanuched, most embeded objects in IE don't work/can't be installed etc.)

    Any advice, tips, sugestions? thanks

from what i understand of those articles, they arenæt what i'm looking for, but i think this is:
    http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;310599

According to our IT contracters this canæt be done, i think i've just proved them wrong I also want them to try changing to a forms based logon instead of challenge/response as this doesnæt work behind some companies firewalls offshore.

    thanks for the pointers though

I'd set this one up as a host header for the web box , that means you can host other sites on it , but its not too much of a problem otherwise ( SBS does most of the hard work for you ).

www.slipstick.com is great for tweaks , as is petri.co.il .
Another usefull exchange 2003 resource is a blog done by I guy I used to work with
