wont to make a website

hi guys i wont to try and make a website so whats the best all in 1 program to do this as i say this is my first time so must be a realy realy easy program thanks guys

notepad. seriously. just takes a few minutes to read how to 'code' html on http://www.w3schools.com/ - fairly easy syntax.
give it a try, wysiwyg (what you see is what you get) programs are more trouble than they're worth when developing a website.

Uh notepad is not the best program unless you actually wanna learn all html and spend years on it.
