just saying each pc takes 2 hours to crunch one unit (it will invariably (sp?) take longer), so thats 12 per day per computer... so get 7+ computers and beat him

my average is like 6 per day if just my computer is on in the evenings/night.. if all the computers are on its kinda 24ish

The Cmd Line client that I am running seems to be fast for some units ( less than 2 hours sometimes) but other times, takes 5 or more hours. Is there a way to optimize the way it works.

you could set its priority to 'normal' rather than 'low', but then it will compete for processor time with other applications, so windows will generally seem slower, whereas on low it uses what ever is left.... the time it takes will depend if you are doing other stuff on your computer really.. if you are just browsing then the WU will complete much faster than if you are playing a game or something intensive..
