Question Changing right-click menu in windows

The list of options that appear when I right click a file in windows has become really long. I want to get rid of some of those options. What is the best/easiest way to do this?

I've tried changing the file-types associations but, for things like folders, you can't delete any of the actions.

There's a program called shexview that I think lets you change all that stuff...

There may be an option to turn off shell integration for some of the programs that appear in the list, check it out.

I tried shexview. Unfortunately, the only programs I can remove from the context menu with shexview are ones I want to keep there (go figure). I also tried looking for other programs to edit the context menu, but they have the same problem as shexview.

I still have to check shell integration within the individual programs to see if I can change anything from there.
