    Desperatley seeking....... a winamp alternative.

I've used Winamp for years now and I've always been pretty happy with it. I've never bother advancing onto v3 of Winamp cuz it always seemed a bit more resource hungry than 2.x/

So can anyone recommend some alternative programs for MP3 playback on windows? I'm ideally looking for very similar features to winamp 2.x but with less resource overhead. The main features I really want are the ability to right click on a file and have the "Enqueue" option, along with the keyboard shortcuts for track options.

So come on people please me
    Any suggestions?

I thoguht winamp was a very good low resource user my self. I have tried using a few other programmes including http://foobar2000.org which a lot of people rate above winamp in quality terms but that uses around 4 times more memory when running that winamp.

I'm not sure. I think I was just having one of those weeks where I think its time for a change. I think your actually right and its just me being funny (again )

I'll take a look at those and probably, no doubt end up with Winamp again

    Thanks for the effort
