    Question OWA and sent items

Could someone confirm if when using OWA on Exchange 2003, when users send email via the website, it should save it in sent items?

At present I have a client who accesses their email either via VPN or OWA

When using OWA, he has replied to emails while on the move, however there is not copy of it in sent items.

    Thanks

    Andy

are they using regular or premium OWA ?

I believe this only works properly using the premium version (ie IE6/LAN or broadband connection) but there's every chance that I'm wrong

EDIT - out of interest what client version are they using? They're connecting as an Exchange server rather than IMAP or something else, right?

Aye, they connect directly to the Outlook Web Access on Exchange 2003

    Using Premium edition...

Would it not work on anything less than IE6?

AFAIK Premium edition requires IE6, but again I may be wrong. Not got an Exchange 2003 box to test on here.
