4GB Flash Voyager GT

Hi there how do I go about getting a 4GB Flash Voyager GT either repaired or replaced?

I use it almost daily but today it died, just does nothing no LED nothing, doesn't show up in my computer or disk management. I am lucky to have many PC's to try it in and it works in none, tried it in 6 PC's some Vista some XP all the same nothing happens, I originally bought it fro Scan several months ago.
