1 drive shows up intermittently, the other no longer shows up at all. this was the case around a year ago, and at the time of purchase as well, but due to personal problems i shelved them at the time rather than deal with the added stress.
how do i go about an rma? the drives may be out of warranty so i would probably be appling under my statutory rights; ie there seems to be a documented fault with the controller supplied with these drives, the drives are therefore not fit for purpose and are not of satisfactory quality.
nope, they would appear to be still in warranty, i just have no concept of time past a week.
