Who do you think will win the Premier League?

With Arsenal and Chelsea winning today, Man Utd losing, and assuming that Liverpool pick up something today it could well become a four horse race as we progress into the New Year. So with half the season gone, who do you think will come up top in May?

It pains me to say it, but I think it'll be Manchester United.

I'm sorry, but I can't say anyone other than the mighty Arsenal. I would be shouted from the terraces of Emirates if I was caught saying anything else.

Re: Who do you think will win the Premier League?

    Man U most probably.

Liverpool wont win the league ever again, Grant needs more time at Chelsea, Man U have a bit more than Arsenal, but I reckon it will be close.

Man U by 7 points or less.

there are no terraces at the Emirates

Liverpool, have no chance, Torres will gone end of next season when they have wonnothing, and then where will they be?
Chelsea, again, not likely, but saying that they deffinatly have the squad and the manager.
Man United, definatly play the best attacking football and aslong as Rooney and Ronaldo dont get injured..
Arsenal, definatly play the beautiful game, i would like them to win, so kids realise, if i play football like arsenal play, its beautiful, and in 10 years time well have an english team who can pass and shoot

And how many trophies did he win at Atletico? Second Division title and some junior international trophies.

Despite the results yesterday I can't see it going anywhere other than Old Trafford myself. Arsenal have been excellent this season, but they've struggled in the last few games - Chelsea the same - and they'll both be missing crucial players in January. Liverpool haven't got a hope. They've just about got the team, but for whatever reason can't stitch a season together.

Re: Who do you think will win the Premier League?

Would like to see the Gunners win as they have the best style of football ATM but think it will be Man U for one simple reason --- only team in league that will not suffer due to the African nations cup.

Re: Who do you think will win the Premier League?

Man United will win it I think, closely followed by Arsenal.

I haven't been following much Premier League football this season, but I definately want Arsenal to win, simply because of how they play the game.

Good point about African Cup of Nations there, I think Chelsea will be hit hard by it, due to them losing the most Key Players.

Re: Who do you think will win the Premier League?

Chelsea will lose Kalou, Drogba, Essien, and Obi Mikel,

Arsenal will lose Eboue, and Toure

    Liverpool will lose Sissoko

I have a gut feeling chelsea are going to spend big this January. They have a quiet few injuries (terry, lampard, etc) and their strike force is a bit thin with only sheva and pizzaro. Unless Sheva suddenly hits some sort of miraculous form I would say they would at least buy a striker. Possilbly Anelka.

Liverpool - havent a hope of winning the title this season (or in the foreseeable future come to that). They still have to go to Stamford Bridge, Old Trafford and Emirates and i cant seeing getting more than 2 points, if anything from those 3 games. They are huge underachievers for the amount of money they spend. Just look at the Liverpool side for 1 minutes. Besides Torres and possibly Gerrard, there isnt a single player at Liverpool that would get into the Arsenal or United team.

Man Utd - Basically they are lost if Rooney and/or Ronaldo arent on the field. I saw them yesterday and they were very poor. The penalty miss aside, West Ham were the better team.

Chelski - Without Drogba they are not a goal scoring side. The can scrape the 1-0 wins against bottom clubs but i serioously doubt they have enough in the locker to beat a bigger club without him. Essien makes them tick and hes off the the ACN so i cant see them doing anything now.

Arsenal - Still an unknown quantity really. When Adebayor and RVP are on fire then they are the best team in the Premier Leauge. We have struggled recently but over the Christmas period we have fought our way back to the top. We are actually grinding results out now. Last season we werent.......is this a sign of better things?

    ACN losses:
    Arsenal
Eboue - we can deal without him as Walcott can play there and Rosicky can move across with Diaby as cover.
Song - Not a first team player by any stretch yet.
Toure - BIG loss....but we have Gallas who is doing a fine job and Djoru is coming back from a loan spell and is a fine player.

    Man Utd
    Doesnt really affect them

    Liverpool
Sissoko is avarage at best and tbh, i dont think even Liverpool fans like him or are going to miss him.

    Chelski
Drogba - Simply cannot cope without him up front.
Kalou - Bit part player that scores an off side goal every now and then. Not a great loss
Essien - Makes the team tick. He is a MASSIVE loss to them.
Mikel - First team player that is more 'foul' than 'skill'. Does work hard though and another big loss.

TBH....Chelski will suffer during the ACN more than any other team.

Lastly, all this whine coming from Chelski regarding injuries is getting very tedious. They must have the biggest squad in the Premier League with the richest Chairman and they are only lagging because of injuries they say. TOSH!!!! they are lagging behind becuase so far they simply arent good enough.
Arsenal and Man Utd have had ENORMOUS injury problems so far this season and still they are 1 & 2 in the league.
    Stop moaning Chelski and play!

As for the winners of the Premier League...its too close to call. Arsenal and Man Utd at 1 & 2 but wouldnt want to say which way around. Maybe 2 points maximum in it.
Chelski to come in 3rd and Man City 4th.
    Liverpool 5th and Everton 6th.

At the end of the season, the table NEVER LIES!
The best team always wins and you always finish where you deserve.

Re: Who do you think will win the Premier League?

As a supporter i'd like to see liverpool pull something out of the bag and we haven't ruled our selves out just yet, but as said by others it's highly unlikely. I think Many Utd / Arsenal are the most likely contenders.
