If you're only running for 30 minutes and going straight into a stonking hill, make sure you warm up properly and take a full 10-15 minutes to get up to your normal pace on the flat. Also don't absolutely cane it back down, for training you should try go near enough the same speed back down as going up, even if it means consciously slowing down

If you're fat burning you want to keep your heart rate out of the anaerobic zone (80%+)

You might find you're overdoing it a bit for this, when I run in the cardio vascular zone I have to sloooooow right down to 9-10 min miles

You are happy about putting on 2 stone, some of which you admit to be fat, and you bemoan the NHS for not providing you with liposuction?! What are you, retard boy come from the future to show us the evil of our rational ways?

Alright, my error. The principle remains, you got yourself the skin, why must the state pay to remove it? It's not like you were in a car crash.. or rather it is, but the crash happened because you were too drunk on glazed doughnuts and savoury snacks
Surely the excess skin goes eventually by itself, not leaving you like fat bastard in austin powers!
Running is for horses. lol

Agreed. Skin can stay flappy and not go back! Lots of people who have lost weight experience that and only surgery will put it right. Worth the money if it is a problem.
