Gotta say that I bought various different powders from them, and not only did they taste like s***, they made my throat burn which was worrying, personally I'd avoid them. Holland and barrett do an okay powder and it's often half-price in their regular sales at £10 per tub.

160g as the bodybuilders advised you OP sounds like WAY too much, and 80g at a time!?! I'm pretty sure that if you consume any more than 35g at one time your body can't use it and just burns it for energy... maybe THEY need to take that if they are already hulk-sized, but I imagine that you aren't? I'd try and get around 30g at each meal, and have a shake or two in between.
