I was filming - there's some footage of me being mullered but it was a bit of an odd wrist lock and the follow up was pretty poor in that it didn't really fit with the rest of the take downs. It's up on mt Facebook profile, you'll see what I mean.

Padded floor isn't all that padded, I got took down last night with a head wheel throw and the lad didn't let me get an arm out to breakfall. Mats or otherwise, that bloody hurt

It's hard to track whats going on when senior grades go full pelt! Think I saw arashi garuma, o soto gari, koshi garuma? and some others I didn't recognise. Good stuff but I got to say that guy in the red shirt looked like he had his knee in a dodgy position on the take down.
