Sorry but it was a very boring game and Rangers obviously were NEVER going for a win. You would have thought they would have at least tried for the win when they were 1-0 down. Nothing to lose then but no nothing.
Shame really.
Should have been 2 penalties anyway.

It's not exactly football. Two terrible contests courtesy of Rangers' tactics.
I guess they've got what they wanted out of the two games as a whole, but they really didn't have anything to lose tonight, yet even so they play as if letting a goal in would be the end of the club.
They had the best chance in open play.
I'd argue that equally Rangers should have had a penalty too when Evans obstructed Naismith (he did have an eventful game).
Still, they barely have a squad deep enough for the Scottish Cup (they couldn't even fill the subs bench last night), so getting a run in the Champions League and league was never going to happen.
Yeah, but the financial gains from that are barely worth it unless you get to the latter stages (though they did last year of course, it's unlikely to happen again with the current squad), so I'd imagine they'll be concentrating on the league and ensuring Champions League football again next year.
Not getting to the Champions League next year would be a financial disaster for them. They're already in the doodoo.
