    R.I.P Angie Dowds

    Very sad news today, apparently she taken her own life or fell from Cliffs to her death.

    She has been an inspiration for me and my wife after seeing her on Biggest Loser UK (Hence why I have put it in the fitness bit)

    Her work as a fitness trainer has changed so many lives over the last few years on the TV program. She is going to be sorely missed in our household

    oh that IS sad... she was a superstar on that show.

    Poor poor lass.

    RIP missus.. my heart goes out to her family and friends.

    And she was such a good inspiration to everyone on and watching that show.
