    Remember to stretch and warm up/down correctly. After 2 weeks the aches and recover period will have vastly improved.

    I do an hour run three times a week, then I will take a break. I also do a cardio workout as I am working on having a flat tummy and ton arms.

    I have diabetes, and I am also running in the morning. It reduces my sugar level. I will suggest everyone run in the early morning

    Running is brilliant for the mind as well as the body. Too bad I only run on a treadmill.
