Tanita BC-532 InnerScan Body Composition Monitors

I ordered the Tanita BC- 532 body composition scales a few months ago. You step on them and they analyse your body composition, providing you with:

    • Weight
    • Body fat percentage
    • Body water percentage
    • Visceral fat levels
    • Basal metabolic rate
    • Bone mass
    • Muscle mass

It's an awesome bit of kit and calculates all of the above in around 20 seconds. They cost around £100 (cheaper on E-Bay, I got mine for £70). For the price of the most basic medical check-up you can get these and use them every day. Highly recommended if you're serious about healthy living.

Why would you want to know those? Also, a 'basic medical checkup' really is only concerned with BMI from that lot, which is easy enough to do with hypervalue scales. I really don't see what the point of all of that information is...
