I notice this error when copying a 20GB file from Vista to N5200PRO. What could be the issue?

My setup is fairly simple with FW version 2.0. There is a newer FW available but I do not see any specific bug fixes that may help this issue. I also notice occasional freeze/errors during writes when I am doing some simple operations throw the web admin interface (no reboots :-)).
