N3200 Rebuilding RAID wtf?

I have just bought a N3200 device and configured it with RAID on 3 750GB Samsung disks and when moving large files over it starts to beep loudly and says system unavailable. I have to then physically remove the power lead and when I plug it back in it's rebuilding the RAID. What is going on with this thing?

If this N3200 starts to beep loudly and says system unavailable, please via Sansung ES Tool to verify the HDD health statsus, if HDD both working fine please contact with your Thecus reseller for RMA servier or replacement.
