N299+raid probleme

Bonjour,

J'ai un souci avec le n299, le raid ne veut pas se configurer. Il marque que tout est ok mais apres le redemarrage la configuration du raid est perdue. C'est un gros bug mais comment le résoudre. Le firmware est en 1.0.0.28.

Please try on N299 latest beta version firmware V1.00.34, and load factory default.

And remove all of HDD partitions from Windows PC, we could right click on “My Computer” icon -> Manage ->Disk Management and than right click the partition and choose "DELETE" to remove the partitions, and please confirm delect on correct HDD, otherwise Windows data would erased.
