    Saving HDs

    My N299 just stoped working. I think there is something wrong with the power...
    i wana take out my 2 Harddrives, wich are iside of it, and put it inside of my computer...
    i was using raid in my N299... what do i need to do that i can use it in my PC without loosing any Data...

    Dear Sir,

    N299 base on Linus operation system and XFS file system, thus we can't access the N299 from Winows PC, if need access the HDD contain directlt from PC, we have install the HDD into Linux PC and user have enough Linux knowledge to assemble RAID and access data, and such operation user have to take risk for itself own, on thoery N299 still under warranty period, thus we would recommend contact with your Thecus reseller/distributor to repair you N299 would be better.
