N5200Pro hangts with "no HBT log"

Hi,
Until now the N5200Pro worked like a charm for me. Today my raid was degraded and while repairing, it stop working with beeping and displaying on the LCD:
no HBT log
01.02.c6

I can not do anything. The switches on the front only display "no HBT log". Webacces don't work.

I am desperate. I have 1 TB of data on that machine which I need access to. Does someone can help me. Thanks in advance,
