Raid "grow" ?

Hi,

I have just one by one swapped out my 250gb drives (4100+) for 500gb drives. The raid size is not surprisingly still th same size as when the 250 gb drives were in it - RAID 5 format.

Does the GUI have a RAID or file system grow command so i can use the extra space or am i having to dive into the CLI and issue the commands myself?

Dear Sir,

The N4100+ doesn't support RAID Expansion function, thus need N5200 or above model, and following link for your reference:

What under lying commands are issued when the 5200 does a raid grow?

Or can anyone with 5200 and ssh access grab me the command from the gui.

The N5200 or above model support RAID Migration & RAID Expansion function:

But the SSH without any log or record to know what user modify or erase the system file before or make system abnormal from wrong operation, thus if user via SSH access to the NAS system would lose the support and warranty from Thecus and hope for your understanding.

My unit is out of warranty, i know the 4100+ has mdadm tools installed. I am even pretty sure what the actual command is. All i want is the command that the 5200 issues to expand the array - feel free to add any disclaimer you want.
