N5200PRO Media Server issues

I am running N2500PRO on firmware 2.00.04
5 1TB disks on RAID 5

I can easily enable or disable Media Server, but after I checked each shared media folder, I can no longer uncheck it. The javascript keep saying "Folder removed" but it stays checked. I tried this in FF and IE 8.

I also realize the Media Server is no longer searchable from my PS3 after the first attempt, and I need to reboot the server for it to work again. Did a search on the forum and the other Thecus drives have the same problem of Mediabolic indexing being poorly coded. Is there any firmware update for this?

Why not first installing the latest Firmware - the latest official FW release is 2.00.16
